3 Account Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all activity on your Games 32 account. Your login credentials — mobile number, password, and any OTP codes — must be kept strictly confidential. Do not share them with anyone under any circumstances. Games 32 will never ask for your password via phone, chat, or email.

4 Deposits and Payments

Deposits are credited to your Games 32 wallet instantly in most cases. In the event of a delay due to a network or payment processor issue, please contact support with your transaction reference number. Games 32 does not charge a fee on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
- Funds deposited must be used for gaming purposes on Games 32 only.
- Games 32 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal.

5 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount from a Games 32 account is Rs 100. Withdrawals are available only to fully verified accounts — meaning your CNIC verification must be complete before any payout request can be processed. Games 32 processes withdrawal requests the same day for verified accounts. Standard processing time is within a few hours, though bank IBFT transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank. - If a bonus was claimed, relevant wagering requirements must be met in full before the bonus funds or related winnings can be withdrawn.
- Withdrawals requested to a payment method different from the deposit method may require additional verification.

- Providing false or misleading information at any point during registration, verification, or during support interactions.

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Games 32 content without prior written permission from Games 32. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.
11 Limitation of Liability
Games 32 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. 12 Account Suspension and Closure
Games 32 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if there is a reasonable basis to believe that:

- The account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
- The account holder is under 18 years of age.
- A duplicate account has been identified.
- A self-exclusion request has been received.
- Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate it.
Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms breach by the player, any genuine remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following a standard verification process. Balances held in accounts closed due to fraud or Terms breaches will not be returned.
You may close your Games 32 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds will be cancelled. Genuine real-money balances will be returned to you after verification.
13 Governing Law
